Wild harvested bunya pine cones are collected, dried, and smoked over apple wood chips - before being plunged into vinegar and left to age. The result is a complex, forest flavour with a rich and distinct smoky aroma and taste.

Enjoy with:

Meat, fish, seafood, mushrooms and just about any vegetable that is being roasted.

White wine vinegar, wild bunya pine (smoked cone and shell), organic raw sugar.
