Artist Description

This is a handbuilt, earthenware clay coolamon. Our people throughout time, have recorded information on many different mediums. This is mine. It records a time of beauty and sadness. I miss my family but imagining life with them when I go home, this is what I dream of. The technique I have used is hand building with nature print, painted in natural ochre, wax resist, underglaze painted.
